Cyril’s Edge -18 November 2021

Lunch break’s over
That’s about all the international breaks for 2021. Next time around, it’s going to be a case of high-octane playoff action for golden tickets to Qatar. Now, we head to the most exciting period of the domestic season around the world.
Leicester vs Chelsea
Chelsea’s away form has been impressive this season. They’ve dropped 2 points of a possible 15. The Foxes will look to Zambian international Patson Daka to continue his goal-scoring and try to stay in touch with the top four. The Blues defensive unit has been the best thus far. This will be the hardest encounter for Leicester, but Chelsea should get the WIN & UNDER 2.5 GOALS. Edge

Watford vs Man United
The Hornets & Ranieri couldn’t ask for a better time to face the Red Devils. Solskjaer is reportedly hanging by a thread, and still without Rafael Varane. Despite Maguire’s impressive showing for England. United could still ship in goals, but they need to bounce back. Watford will be tough, but the Red Devils should get the WIN & OVER 2.5 GOALS

Golden Arrows vs Pirates
This fixture has been lacking goals, with four of the previous six ending in a goalless draw. Arrows defeated Pirates in their last meeting, but Pirates will look to bounce back from their loss to Chiefs. This could be a dull affair, but you expect the Sea Robbers to grind out a win against Abafana Bes’thende. UNDER 2.5 GOALS

Sevilla vs Alaves
Sevilla could go top of La Liga for at least 24 hours with a mandatory victory over their visitors. Sevilla will more than likely score at least once. Alaves could well find it tough to get a goal of their own. Youssef En-Nesyri and Jesus Navas remain doubtful for the hosts, while Ximo Navarro will miss the clash for the visitors. This will indeed be a mountain to climb, and Sevilla should pick up a comfortable WIN & UNDER 2.5 GOALS

Maritzburg United vs Kaizer Chiefs
Chiefs will travel to the Harry Gwala Stadium for this fixture. Both teams have early reports of an injury-free squad, which will make selection great for the managers. United is tough at home but the win over Pirates will be the boost for Chiefs to mount a surge up the table. I predict a hard-fought contest, finishing with a ONE GOAL WINNING MARGIN for Kaizer Chiefs

Inter Milan vs Napoli
Napoli are 5 points ahead of their opponents but haven’t been doing well on their travels in Serie A. Christian Eriksen is banned from playing in Italy, while Alexis Sanchez and Laruto Martinez are doubtful. Stefan de Vrij is ruled out. Napoli is hoping Kostas Manolas and Kevin Belcuit will be ready. This will be an incredible game but not a high-scoring affair. Inter needs to close the gap and look like they could snatch a narrow home win. Milan to WIN & UNDER 2.5 GOALS
